"Infant Holy, Infant Lowly" - December 20, 2021
Merry Christmas from West Virginia!
First, I just realized I forgot to change the subject of last week's email to the correct song of the week, haha. So sorry! I had two songs I was planning to do. "I Know He Lives" will be coming in a later email, maybe.
Anyway! It was a wonderful week here in Barboursville! We have had more miracles and blessings! The biggest one is that we were messaging a man on Facebook and he agreed to meet and listen to a message from us! We called and shared part of the Restoration with him and he agreed to learn more! We have met twice with him over messenger video chat and then asked if he would be willing to learn more from local missionaries. He agreed and gave us his address so we could figure out which missionaries are closest to him! It was so amazing! We referred him to the elders in his area! His name is Bobby. Keep him in your prayers everyone!
Another amazing miracle we had was on Thursday we met with a sweet lady who previously had been taught by missionaries. She's friends with some members in the ward so when we met with her Sister Hope came too! It was wonderful! We reviewed the Restoration with her and then asked if she would be baptized. She promptly replied that when the time was right she probably would. Sister Hope cut in and said that if she kept saying that the time would never be right to be baptized! It was amazing! Sister Hope is so wonderful! We set up a time to meet with her again this week! Oh, her name is Linda!
Song of the Week: "Infant Holy, Infant Lowly" by BYU Vocal Point. I love this song! Christ was born for us. The angels proclaimed the good news to the shepherds. The Wisemen followed the star to where the young child was. What are we doing to hear the angels proclaim to us? Are you trying to follow the star to Christ? This Christmas think of what you can do for Christ. He has given us so much! I love my Savior and I love this season!
Have a Merry Christmas, everyone! Talk to y'all next Monday!
-Sister Francis
